2023 Halloween Carnival

Simi Valley’s Halloween Carnival is back! This is the 62nd annual youth Halloween Carnival! This year’s theme is Gotham City. The event will feature Trick-or-Treat Village, balloon twisting, face painting, carnival games, prizes, and a Gotham City photo wall! Additionally, The LEGO Batman Movie will be showing.
