“America the Beautiful”- A Free Concert by the 300th Army Band
Guests are invited to the Main Courtyard for a special patriotic concert featuring the 300th Army Band, Southern California’s only Army Reserve Band. Presented in celebration of America 250, the concert, America the Beautiful, showcases a program inspired by the nation’s natural beauty, cultural diversity, and enduring spirit. Through music reflecting America’s breathtaking landscapes, rich heritage, and shared history, the performance offers a moving tribute to the people and places that have shaped the country.
Established in 1943 during World War II, the 300th Army Band has served the nation for more than 80 years through military ceremonies, public concerts, educational outreach, and community events. Based in Bell, California, the ensemble is comprised of dedicated Soldier-musicians who balance military service with civilian careers and academic pursuits while supporting the mission of the U.S. Army Reserve through music. Their performances honor military service, inspire audiences, and celebrate the nation’s heritage.
This free concert provides a unique opportunity for families and friends to experience one of the Army Reserve’s premier musical organizations as the nation commemorates America 250.
Please note that regular admission applies to the Ronald Reagan Presidential Museum, Air Force One Pavilion, and the America 250 exhibit.
